We are currently seeking a new colleague to join the Krismar team: a Service Representative for our service center in Zwevezele, West Flanders.

Your Responsibilities
As a Service Representative, the following tasks are entrusted to you:
- Prepare and follow up on work orders.
- Manage the email inbox for service and aftersales.
- Confirm appointments for service requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers alongside the service manager.
- Document all incoming service requests for proper follow-up.
Your Profile
We are looking for you if you:
- Are entrepreneurial and customer-oriented.
- Have a bachelor-level mentality.
- Are willing to learn, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Are proficient in various office applications.
- Have an interest and a sense of automotive, with internal training available.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English, with French and German as a plus.
